BUilding OpenJDK Binaruy

Hi Frans,

This sounds very similar to the AdoptOpenJDK program, which we're just
getting off the ground (we've been talking to Frederik and Cecilia
from Oracle, and waiting for the new build system to drop).

We're always looking for new contributors, so that's probably a good
place to help out. We have a planning day on Monday evening, and a
full hack day on the 23rd April.
