Build changes for 8004371: (props) Properties.loadFromXML needs small footprint ...

We're reviewing this one on core-libs-dev and the changes involve a 
small build change to accommodate new locations in 
src/share/classes/jdk/internal. As it's just pure java code then there 
is no impact to the new build; for the old build we just need a 
top-level Makefile, the make/jdk/asm/Makefile is not really needed. The 
webrev is here:

and the changes will be going in via jdk8/tl.
