Looks fine.

Just for the historical record....
As far as I know, the Release Engineering team has only built javadocs on select platforms I think by
using NO_DOCS=true to turn it off in most cases.
And Windows wasn't one of the ones that did javadocs because for the longest time, the javadoc Makefile
just did not work on Windows, e.g. jdk6 and older.
