building part of jdk 8

Adding ALT_OUTPUTDIR didn't help, e.g.

make ARCH_DATA_MODEL=32 FASTDEBUG=true
ALT_OUTPUTDIR=C:/OpenJDK/jdk8/build/windows-i586-debug 2>&1 | tee build.log
