RFR: jdk9: 8029513: SwingApplet demo files still found in JDK 8 on Solaris

Hi,

Previously in 8 we removed solaris 32-bit along with it, various 
deployment tools and related
demos. This is to fix a stray straggler which managed to creep in due to 
a flawed previous fix.
The flawed fix is removed and the right fix has been applied now.
