Build error with GCC4.8 on Fedora19

from hotspot/make/linux/makefiles/gcc.make:

# DEBUG_BINARIES uses full -g debug information for all configs

else

The only problem is that modern gcc versions don't produce stabs either.

Try:

$ make DEBUG_BINARIES=true all
