Can I control the 'docs' target ?

I'm using the new build system.

I searched for configuration flags, can't find a way to control the 'docs'
generation.
What I need is a way to pass '-private                  Show all classes
and members' to 'javadoc' processor.

>From the generated docs I assume that the default is *'-public'  *?
