MacOS build tool selections for JDK8

A problem with gcc-4.8 as installed by MacPorts, if we ever intended to build 32-bit binaries:

gcc-mp-4.8  -O -m32  -msse -mpclmul -mavx TryLoop.c -lz

clang handles both the shiny new intrinsics AND the -m32 correctly, and at the same time.
