RFR: JDK-8023496 [jprt] build and test solaris 64-bits only

Hello

This is a piece of followup work to JDK-8023288 "Remove Solaris 32-bit 
from JDK8"

The Solaris 32-bit hotspot build and test targets need to be removed 
from the hotspot/make/jprt.properties file so JPRT (our internal 
build/test system) will stop trying to build and test them.

Thanks in advance.  I would like to get this pushed to the build forest 
as soon as possible, or find a sponsor in HotSpot willing to take the 
change and push it elsewhere if that would be preferred.

Testing: used the '-dryrun' and '-listtargets' flags in JPRT to verify 
that the 32-bit targets are not listed.

This is urgent as it is blocking the completion of other tasks.
