[8] Review request for 8020060 MoleculeViewerTest demo doesn't work due to SecurityPermissions

Hello,

Could you review the fix:

   According to the issue an applet is not able to load an arbitrary 
file from the file system.

   The fix changes demo make file to zip sources and resources of 
MoleculeViewer and WireFrame demos to jar file as it is done for jfc demos.
