RFR: JDK-8042417 : (s) hgforest: allow local clone of extra repos

Hello all;

This is a small enhancement to hgforest.sh cloning which will include cloning the extra repos if they exist.

This feature was requested by a user who has been doing file copies instead of cloning because the extra repos weren't being copied.
