What 'type' should I raise a defect against

I'm afraid to say that I wouldn't have asked if a choice so obvious was
available to me on/at http://bugreport.java.com/bugreport/submit_intro.do -
all the of choices that I see are language/platform i.e.
non-infrastructure/build, related.
