Minimal OpenJDK

Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to build a "minimal" OpenJDK VM that would fit into an embedded space...basically the equivalent of the Oracle Java ME 8 product ?  Basically, the build would implement the complete Java 8 language, and would include support for a very small set of libraries...one of these libraries being DIO.

Does the current build system for OpenJDK allow something like this ?
