jdk9 windows build failure

Thanks Volker. Renaming |C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 
10.0\VC\BIN\cvtres.exe|
and the build is working
but I wonder why this happened after I update my forest. I did not 
install VS2012 nor .NET4.5.1 myself recently.
