In fact Tim Bell was nominated and voted in as the new Lead of the
Build Group [1] after Kelly first resigned back in April 2014 [2],
but I dropped the ball (sorry) in asking the GB to ratify it.

I've now made that request [3]; we should have a result in at most
a week, or sooner if a majority of GB members vote promptly.
