RFR: JDK-8153261: Clean up fix for JDK-8153217

Hello,

Thanks for handling it this quickly. Here is the proper fix. I had 
missed using double dollars inside the macro definition. I have verified 
that the javafx modules show up in the jre and that the 
ModuleLoaderMap.java adds them to the platform modules list.
