This is a small adjustment to the build of compact profiles to allow a 
useful but unsupported configuration to continue to work after it 
stopped working in 8u60. We simply move the jdk.internal.instrumentation 
package from the full JRE to compact 3. This adds just under 41KB (21KB 
compressed) to rt.jar in compact 3.
