Build failing on Mac OS X 10.12.5

I am on 10.12.5 and this is what I use as a configure command to build 
jdk 10 successfully.

bash configure --with-freetype-include=/usr/X11/include/freetype2 
--with-freetype-lib=/usr/X11/lib 
--with-boot-jdk=/Users/micheltrudeau/java/jdk9/b167 
--disable-warnings-as-errors
