Sorry, it's neither of those two :-/
They are both development trees which were in use before jdk10 release.
The latest jdk10 repo is:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk-updates/jdk10u
This is the updates repo for the current released version. It is
actually nearing end of life because it is a long term release.
Once jdk11 is released (happening right now) jdk10u be frozen i.e. no
updates not even security fixes. But don't worry! because jdk11u will be
created and will receive updates for long term. Meanwhile, the
developers are already working on jdk12 ...
