We can do that as a follow up, depending on how much work it is.

In the meantime, I updated the patch to use JAVA rather than JAVA_SMALL 
for compilation (JAVA_SMALL cause OOMEs when adding more micros) and by 
request updated the license of the microbenchmarks to use a plain GPLv2 
license.
