JDK 15 RFR of JDK-8235532: Update --release 14 symbol information for JDK 14 b27

Hello,

The latest promoted build of JDK 14 before the fork was b26; therefore, 
the 26 API was used to create the --release 14 symbol information for 
JDK 15 b01 (coming rsn). Please review updating this information in JDK 
15 for JDK 14 b27:

Eye-balling the changes, they look plausible for the JDK 14 changes 
included in b27, including records, jpackage, and the removal of pack200.
