RFR(XS): 8220164: Fix build instructions for AIX

Looks good  (not a Reviewer however).

One minor comment :
The old documentation   mentioned  an exact  XLC version ( AIX, V12.1 (5765-J02, 5725-C72) Version: 12.01.0000.0017) .
Maybe we have to be so specific as well on the build wiki page, to avoid  people running into  "bad"  compiler versions.
