RFR docs 8240777: Update all nroff manpages for JDK 15 release

Hi PaveL,

I made a pass through your web rev and had a couple quick questions:

Is there a reason we use macOS in some places and OS X in others as I would think we should be consistent throughout.

The notes regarding Jdk 10 that talk about adding support for the attach api that are being removed I was wondering if the information should be kept (or is this no longer valid) and just remove the jdk 10 specific reference?

Best,
Lance
