RFR: 8250818: idea.sh script doesn't work on WSL 1 and 2

Hi,

Could you review this tiny change, please?

I ran on WSL 1, WSL 2, Cygwin and Linux. In these results, the .idea
created in all environments are able to read IntelliJ IDEA 2020.2.
