Build and test problems on Windows with gtest

Hello Matthias,

The path configure found to vcruntime140_1.dll certainly looks strange. 
This is likely a bug in the build system. Normally we would expect to 
find this file in the redist dir of the Visual Studio installation. Does 
your community edition not include that file?
