AWT & Swing tests failed: Function frag_col has a deployment target which is incompatible with this OS.

Actually adding the parameter --with-macosx-version-max does not resolve the issue. Accidentaly, the tests were executed on machines, where Xcode 12.2 were installed, and passed. But they failed on machines with Xcode 11.X
After removing Xcode at all, the tests stably failed with the "Function frag_col has a deployment target which is incompatible with this OS" diagnostic.
In all cases above JDK was built with --with-macosx-version-max=10.12.00
