I am aiming to complete work on this feature by the end of this week if possible. I have a few tier1 test failures to review before I am happy with the PR. All test/jdk/jdk/jfr test are passing, so it's possible that some of the failures are unrelated. 

Are there any files that have not yet been mentioned which will need to be changed?
