make/autoconf/jdk-version.m4 line 95:

> 93:   UTIL_ARG_WITH(NAME: jdk-rc-name, TYPE: string,

Please use `DEFAULT_DESC` instead of the old `@<:@...@:>@` construct. (This too goes for all the instances)
