Invalid/incorrect use of printf makes the build fail

Uh oh, this doesn't sound good. --with-vendor-bug-url is one of few
configure options that were recently switched to using a new utility
function which automatically handles the unpleasant details of generating
an autoconf flag (https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8296478), I'm
worried that this is another issue with that utility that's somehow flown
under the radar. I'll take a look at it when I can, but given how
unpleasant the generated script often is, this might take a while. Thanks
for raising this issue to us though :)
