Thanks for your suggestion @TheRealMDoerr. I linked the issue you are referring to.

I have known of some issues related to xlclang fix pack version for a little while, but didn't have a lower bound on them. This helps me establish a starting point, but it may have to increase again. I just haven't spent the time to downgrade the xlclang version on my test machine and then do tests builds after applying each of the fix packs. That may be a good rainy day activity some day :-)
