I don't understand why there are empty arguments to the includes directives.

-I/cygdrive/c/progra~1/micros~1/2022/commun~1/vc/auxili~1/vs/include *-I -I
-I -I * conftest.c  -link

  LINK : fatal error LNK1146: no argument specified with option '/libpath:'

I have run out of options to try.
My config.log is attached.
