javac stack overflow on loongson3 with zero variant

The bisect has finished, the first bad commit is:
15ae8d02eeb9 ("8319993: Update Unicode Data Files to 16.0.0 8319992: Update 
ICU4J to Version 76.1")

I checked twice that this is the first bad commit.

I have revert this commit for AOSC OS and it does fixed our loongson3 building.
