@shipilev I was going to integrate, then saw your above comment. I'll hold off then. There are benefits for integrating and enabling testing on static-jdk in GHA. If there is nothing major (or blocking) you after taking a look, could you please LGTM/approve first. I could also address your review feedback with follow up RFE, if ok with you. Thanks!
