<p>I just want to draw everyone's attention to
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/14988">https://github.com/openjdk/jdk/pull/14988</a>, which proposes to raise
the minimum version required for three of our compilers. This
might not be apparent to someone just browsing this list by
subject lines.</p>
<p>The proposal is to introduce the following minimum versions:</p>
<p>* gcc: 10.0<br>
* clang: 13.0<br>
* xlc: <span class="blob-code-inner blob-code-marker js-code-nav-pass " data-code-marker="+"><span class="x x-first x-last"><span class="pl-token">17</span></span>.<span class="pl-token">1</span>.<span class="x x-first x-last"><span class="pl-token">1</span>.<span class="pl-token">4</span></span></span></p>
