CFV: New build-infra Committers

I hereby nominate the following people to build-infra Committer:

    Erik Joelsson
    Magnus Ihse-Bursie
    Robert Ottenhag

These people have already been pushing patches to build-infra, 
and have the knowledge and experience to be committers. It was
an oversight that they have not been nominated as committers before.
As the project-lead Kelly Ohair specified, the build-infra project 
is a fast moving development sandbox to experiment and stabilize 
our build changes. Thus reviewing patches is not necessary.

Votes are due by 12 noon CET, Friday December 9, 2011.
Only current build-infra [1] are eligible to vote on this nomination.
