State of the OpenJDK Build Infrastructure Project

The OpenJDK developers involved in this project include:
   Fredrik Öhrström
   Erik Joelsson
   Magnus Ihse Bursie
   Kelly O'Hair
With consultations from a wide variety of other OpenJDK developers.

Progress is being made on improving the overall build in a jdk7 forest, as this work
solidifies, is verified to create the same JDK as the old build system, and get approval,
we will pursue the formal integration of these changes into jdk8 to start, potentially jdk7u
as time permits.
