* Replace OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU_LIBDIR with OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU_SLASH_LIBDIR, which includes a /, where possible.
* Try to remove all other uses of OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU_LIBDIR
* Document it more clearly.
