* Starting to clean up LEGACY_OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU1.
* Replace with OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU where possible.
* Split up PLATFORM_EXTRACT_TARGET_AND_BUILD_AND_LEGACY_VARS into two functions.
* Some cleanup of LEGACY_OPENJDK_TARGET_OS_API.
