* Setup OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU_JLI_CFLAGS in configure instead of having convoluted platform detection code in makefile.
* Delete unused PARALLEL_COMPILE_JOBS.

Rename OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU_SLASH_LIBDIR to OPENJDK_TARGET_CPU_LIBDIR, in analogy with _ISADIR.
