Added JRE_RELEASE_VERSION to spec.gmk, even though it is acopy of FULL_VERSION or vice versa.

Added BOOT_JDK_SOURCETARGET variable in spec.gmk to set "-source 7 -target 7" when
compiling for the boot jdk. To prevent the boot jdk version to be encoded
in the makefiles.
