Backed out changeset 45bf9fcb1d74.

If we should change the host/target terminology, we need to agree beforehand
before modifying the code again. Further changes in this area should only be
done after agreement in proper forums.

Remove the --target/--host tweak from configure, and instead add a
--jdk-target option. Check for conflicting use with --target/--host.
