* No error messages when rotating build log files
* configure.ac splitting bug fixes:
  ** Properly quote literal $1 in m4 macro.
  ** Setup CORBA_OUTPUTDIR/DIST etc properly in configure and spec.gmk.
  ** Move debug-symbol check to after toolchain is setup for objcopy
  ** Move target bits and endianness check to middle of toolchain setup
