hg: build-infra/jdk8/jdk: Fixed broken ifeq tests for macosx. Does jdk8 really build on macosx?

Thanks for catching this. Yes, jdk8 does build on macosx.
It was printing out a warning "Extraneous text after 'ifeq' directive"
which I had not noticed, but was working okay otherwise.

The npt one was already fixed, but I'll apply the fix to the other (old)
makefiles.
