Problems building JDK8 on x64 Linux with new build

Fredrik fixed both of these in jdk8/build as soon as we found out. The 
missing endif was a merge artifact with a stray '\' hiding it. The only 
way to prevent this that I can see would be for integrators to test both 
builds from now on.
