ccache problem

I updated my gist with build times for various Linux distros here :

Question :

Did you do configure each time ?

  sh ../autoconf/configure --with-boot-jdk=$OBF_BOOTDIR
--with-freetype=$OBF_FREETYPE_DIR
--with-cacerts-file=$DROP_DIR/cacerts
--with-ccache-dir=$OBF_WORKSPACE_PATH/.ccache
  make images

Or only one and then make images for others ?
