* Don't filter out potential boot jdk directories just because the name does not include "jdk"
* Use BASIC_WINDOWS_REWRITE_AS_UNIX_PATH instead of BASIC_FIXUP_PATH when just trying potential boot jdks.
* Fix configure script so timestamp check works regardless of from which directory you run it
