Full Debug Symbol support on MacOS

As I find time, I'll try to make it work in the Graal repo[1]. If/when I achieve my goals, I'll post a note to this list to see if there is interest in adopting into the relevant repo. I was just checking if someone else is already working on this - sounds like the answer is no ;-)
