* Support for msys (mingw) is basically complete! :-)
* Uncygdrive has new calling syntax: now -c or -m is required to specify cygwin or msys behaviour.
* Convert / as option prefix to - when calling Microsoft tools (msys requirement)
* Support Windows SDK as an alternative to Visual Studio/VS Express.
* More robust and exhaustive searching of Microsoft toolchain.
