Realize I didn't actually answer the question. They are,

$ echo $TEMP


$ echo $TMP


$ echo $TMPDIR
/cygdrive/c/Users/hjen/AppData/Local/Temp

$ echo $temp
C:\Users\hjen\AppData\Local\Temp

$ echo $tmp
C:\Users\hjen\AppData\Local\Temp

I set TEMP and TMP to /tmp, and the build complete. Thanks Kelly and Tim
