"--with-msvcr100dll" has been renamed to "--with-msvcr-dll"

Hi,

the "README for the New Build System" at
http://openjdk.java.net/projects/build-infra/guide.html still mentions
the configure option "--with-msvcr100dll"as equivalent to setting
"ALT_MSVCRNN_DLL_PATH" in the old build system. But apparently this
option has been renamed to "--with-msvcr-dll" and it now specifies the
exact path of the DLL instead of the path where it is located.

Could someone please update the README to reflect the new option name
and semantics.
